A firm believer of humanity above all else, Mir, along with his family and staff has organised two charity auctions since the beginning of the year to help the Down Syndrome Association of Singapore(DSA) and UNIFEM, respectively. Both auctions were a great success and each association has much to say in thanks to the donations. Said Dr Saba Iqbal of the DSA, “Our heartfelt thanks to you for your generosity which is an exemplary act of philanthropy to be emulated by others.” Said Pia Bruce of UNIFEM, “We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for your support and contribution of $50,000 to the National Committee”
