Lotto Carpets Gallery Celebrates Silver Jubilee In Singapore
The Mir Family was joined by friends, clients and well-wishers as they celebrated the ‘Silver Jubilee’ of Lotto Carpets Gallery in Singapore. It was a gala event where age old customers turned friends were treated exhilarating dance performances, songs, sumptuous dinner and wine.
One of Mr. Abid Mir’s personal friend and Lotto carpets gallery’s patron for 25 years, Mr. Lim Keng Teck gave the audience a delightful insight into his friendship with Mr. Mir and his experiences at Lotto carpets gallery over the past years. He was joined by another long term friend and customer Mr. Toh Hock Ghim (Ambassador at Large for Singapore), who entertained the crowd with his exciting stories & experiences with Mr. Abid Mir at Lotto carpets gallery, in his witty and playful style. Many others like Mr. Ivan Stienbock, Mr & Mrs Sia, Mrs. Sherry Miller and Mr. Frank Olah shared their experiences at Lotto carpets gallery, while learning more about carpets from the original carpet aficionado, Mr. Mir.
Mr. Imran Abid Mir very profoundly shared his father’s passion for carpets and the journey of Lotto carpets gallery over the past 25 years in Singapore. Amidst the sparkling disco lights guests witnessed some great performances by Spanish flamenco dancers choreographed by famous Mr. Antonio Vargas of Las Torados. A fusion was created in the second performance where Spanish dancers danced on the desi beats of Dhol by Lightening Dholi Rajay.
A lavish feast of traditional Indian food from Riverwalk Tandoor coupled with selected wines hand-picked by Mir family was served to excite the palate of the guests. The luxurious dinner set the stage for a great evening wherein disco lights & smoke transformed the gallery into a dance floor. The guests danced to the beats of new & trendy songs accompanied by the Dhol beats of lightening dholi Rajay.
Lotto carpets gallery, at the cusp of a quarter of a century in Singapore, thanks all its well-wishers for their continued support over the years.
